I realise myself as part of nature, from what I do to what I eat.

I observe the world around me.

I play with movement, I bring my body and mind into balance with BrainGym and yoga.

I play with my voice, from the sounds of nature to songs, and I discover the languages of animals and the world.

I play with others through board games and cooperative games.

I play with colours, I find my mark.

I AM ART – I am visible and invisible

I play with theatre and dance, I invent worlds

I create with natural and recycled materials, I reinvent, I play with my manual skills

I communicate with others, I tell stories, I write, I play with writing

I rest

I look at the blue sky, the clouds…

I go to the Botanical Library

which offers me books and multilingual games

Nature, play, art – all activate life, become tools that push us to transcend ourselves, to lose our balance, to move and grow. We start small, with small children. Because what matters is to enter into ourselves to release tensions and immerse ourselves in the depths where life has its source.
